WHAT'S GOING ON WITH THE OH MY GODDESS MANGA VOLUME NUMBERS?

You may have noticed we've recently changed the volume numbers of the Oh My Goddess manga. Dark Horse has issued the following explaining why:

NEW OH MY GODDESS! TRADES TO FOLLOW ORIGINAL JAPANESE COLLECTIONS

Dark Horse is reconfiguring the first volume in our Oh My Goddess line to match the original early continuity of the first two Kodansha collections.

The first volume of the series, Oh My Goddess!:1-555-GODDESS, will be broken into the following three editions:

Wrong Number (the new vol I/On sale June 5) contains the story "Wrong Number" from 1-555-Goddess and stories from Super Manga Blast 1-5, never-before collected in the U.S.

Leader of the Pack (the new vol II/On sale August 7) contains the story "Sexy Sister" from 1-555-Goddess and stories from Super Manga Blast 6-10, never-before collected in the U.S.

Final Exam (the new vol III/On sale October 2) contains the stories "Turkey With All The Trimmings", "Life's Just A Game Of Sugoroku Roulette", "Final Exam", and "Belldandy's Narrow Escape" from 1-555-Goddess and stories from Super Manga Blast 11 and 12, never-before collected in the U.S.

Here at Joy's Japanimation, we've now adjusted the volume numbers for the Oh My Goddess manga graphic novels listed on our site to refelct the change. Thanks for your patience and understanding!
