When placing an order with us, we ask for additional information such as your phone number. All of this information is only to help better process your order. The phone number is required to help protect you from credit card fraud.

With our "Log in" feature, repeat customers can store their personal information for quicker ordering. This information is kept in the stricted confidence, and is not available for anyone else to access.

Joy's Japanimation does not send out junk e-mail, mailing lists or any other form of "spam" mail. We will only call or e-mail you for the following reasons:

  1. To send you a copy of your on-line order for your own records;
  2. There is a problem with your order;
  3. We need to verify credit card information for your own protection;
  4. You have requested to be notified when an item has become available, and we are now fulfilling your request to be notified;
  5. You have e-mailed us a question that would like a reply.
Nothing will ever be charged to your credit card without your consent. By placing an order using our online order form and clicking the submit button, you are agreeing that you are the cardholder, that you are at least 18 years of age, and you agree to have your credit card charged for the items that you have submitted. Fraudulant credit card charges will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. No additions or changes will ever be charged to your credit card without the express written or oral permission of the cardholder. We will never give out credit card information to anyone, even back to the cardholder, for any reason.
